THERE WILL BE A $10.00 RESTOCK FEE (per order) ON EXCHANGES!!
*REFUSAL TO COMPLY WITH THE RESTOCK FEE WILL RESULT IN YOUR ITEM NOT BEING EXCHANGED*
*THERE IS A 7 DAY TIME FRAME TO MAKE RESTOCK PAYMENTS FROM THE DATE THE INVOICE IS SENT*

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
ONLY WAIST TRAINING GARMENTS THAT WRAP AROUND THE WAIST CAN BE EXCHANGED
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

AS OF 1/13/14, WE WILL ONLY ALLOW ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER.  EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN THE RETURN ITEM IS RECEIVED.  IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, WE WILL RETURN THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT EXCHANGE. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL FORM. ITEMS RETURNED WITH MAKEUP, DEODORANT, PERFUME, BENT OUT OF SHAPE, STRETCHED OUT, WORN FROM USE, OR SIMILAR PRODUCT STAINS, ETC WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TRYING THE GARMENT ON AFTER PURCHASE. 

IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS.

EFFECTIVE  1/23/2014 Items will be exchanged if we are notified within 5 days from the date of delivery.

WHEN YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK (WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING THE ITEM BACK UNLESS IT IS A COMPANY ERROR).

3- The exchange item will be sent once we RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR MONEY BACK AFTER ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED!!!!!

After you send your email, the next email will come from USPS with a tracking number. You can track the status of your returned item via the shipping company you chose.  You can call 305-895-6211 and ask for EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT once it says delivered for your exchange tracking info.
